  • Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up with them as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
  • Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office and attract new customers.
  • Assist with managing the website and social media content to ensure a strong online presence.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
