We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Representative to join our team at RadNet Orange County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support to our patients and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Concierge Level Service: Provide personalized support to pre-selected patients, including those with special needs or requirements.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to select physician offices, including targeted IPA contracted providers and provider offices interested in receiving additional support.
- Scheduling and Prior Authorizations: Assist with designated direct site scheduling and prior authorizations for advanced imaging studies.
- Special Handling and VIP Support: Provide special handling and VIP support to Medical Groups/IPA providers and their staff with scheduling, stat requests, medical records, reports, and other tasks.
- Marketing Concierge: Assist with marketing efforts, including providing educational information and supporting campaign roll-outs to selected providers and patients.
- Sales and Field Calls: Make sales field calls to referring physicians and provide set up and assistance with Physician Portal.
- Training and Presentations: Assist with training and presenting information to groups and individuals, including customer service trainings and in-house events.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% during the work week.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in the medical, hospitality, marketing, or public relations industry.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 per hour and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
