About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Care Representative to join our team at TaxRise. As a Client Care Representative, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to client inquiries, partner with clients to identify their needs, gather and explain required documents, and provide assistance as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain effective professional relationships with clients.
  • Provide status updates to multiple team members and clients.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, courtesy, and an empathetic demeanor.
  • Assist case managers in resolution cases.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding IRS or Collection notices received.
  • Consistent time and attendance is crucial for operational efficiency and team collaboration.
  • Possess detailed knowledge about TaxRise products and services.
  • Upload necessary documents to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Stay informed about internal processes, forms, letters, etc., to efficiently move cases through the resolution process.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a client care or customer service role, preferably in the tax resolution industry.
  • Familiarity with IRS letters, tax forms, and financial document review a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
