Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the training and development of our teaching staff.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to implement training plans for new staff members.
  • Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure the effective delivery of our research-informed Balanced Learning curriculum.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and empowerment among our teachers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • CDA Certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years of teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program.
  • Strong coaching and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and classroom management abilities.
