Insurance Service Coordinator

Job Summary:
First MainStreet Insurance, L.C. is seeking a highly skilled Service Specialist to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our valued clients. You will work closely with our Account Managers, Account Executives, and Risk Advisors to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of client concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Communicate proactively with accounts to address concerns and identify opportunities for growth
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks to support account management
Manage and report client information to minimize exposures
Monitor account satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure high retention rates
Market new business and renewal opportunities in conjunction with Risk Advisors or Account Managers
Manage account work in our agency management system (EPIC) to ensure accurate data
Manage office operations, including mail, phones, and office supplies
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
Maintain confidentiality of client and carrier information
Requirements:
Proven experience in service management or a related client-facing role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other applications to maximize efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Strong organization and time management skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
