POSITION SUMMARY:

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) - Brighton – Full-time - No Weekend Shifts

We are in search of a skilled LBA who possesses a robust clinical background, a collaborative spirit, and a commitment to serving our clients. By leveraging our distinctive holistic approach to therapy, we can expedite the developmental process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designs simulated environments to assess client behavior
  • Develops tailored treatment plans that address clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory requirements
  • Implements treatment and adjusts interventions as necessary
  • Recommends additional services from other professionals as needed
  • Operates within constraints of time, budget, and resources
  • Stays updated on advancements in evidence-based practices
  • Promotes the inclusion of individuals with disorders and disabilities in society

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Capable of making decisive actions while maintaining client dignity
  • Demonstrated experience as an LBA or in a similar capacity
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster professional relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Excellent leadership and time management capabilities
  • Complies with ethical standards in HIPAA and the LBA code of ethics
  • Enthusiastic about future growth opportunities
  • Passionate about research
  • Creative in delivering exceptional care

Educational Background:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Licensed LBA in the State of Michigan
