Position Summary:

Behavior Technician - Full-time or Part-time (3-5 days/week, No Weekends)

  • As a Behavior Technician, you will implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to enhance the quality of life for children by targeting socially significant behaviors. You will monitor and document the progress of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA services to clients with Autism under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), assisting in the execution of tailored treatment plans.
  • Collect and maintain accurate data on patient behaviors.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and their families, providing training and support.
  • Work alongside our clinical services team (SLP, OT, PT) to facilitate smooth transitions for children into their appropriate clinical services.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for patients and their families.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A compassionate and kind approach to care.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Capacity to act decisively while maintaining client dignity.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Physical fitness to lift and carry patients as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Paid training in ABA will be provided.
  • A High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience with children or the special needs community is preferred but not mandatory.
