Position Summary:

Behavior Technician - Psychology Majors - Brighton – Full-time or Part-time (3-5 days/week, No Weekends)

  • As a Behavior Technician, you will implement ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy aimed at enhancing the quality of life for children by targeting socially significant behaviors. You will monitor and document the progress of each child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA services to clients diagnosed with Autism under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), assisting in the execution of tailored treatment plans.
  • Accurately collect and maintain data on patient behaviors.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and their families, providing training and support.
  • Engage with our clinical services team (SLP, OT, PT) to facilitate the transition of children to appropriate services.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive atmosphere for both patients and their families.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Paid training in ABA methodologies will be provided.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience with children or the special needs community is preferred but not mandatory.
