Company Overview:

Netcracker Technology, a global company at an accelerated pace of growth, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. This role oversees two international companies and requires advanced administrative duties.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, with a strong background in calendar management, travel arrangements, and executive meeting preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex schedules, including international travel arrangements and executive meeting prep.
  • Prepare business presentation documents and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with special projects, performing research and maintaining records.
  • Compose correspondence based on the general knowledge of the manager's view.
  • Initiate routine and non-routine correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
  • Screen phone calls and provide information for both routine and complex inquiries.
  • Anticipate and prepare material needed by the manager for conferences, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc.
  • Distribute minutes to meetings.
  • Establish and maintain various files and records, including expense processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on publications, regulations, and directives and take action or refer as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Chief of Staff experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in software programs, including Google Calendar, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines while providing consistent service.
  • Ability to independently perform administrative duties with speed and accuracy.
  • Exceptional knowledge of business correspondence composition.
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to maintain good working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
