Boston Children's Hospital is seeking an experienced Patient Experience Representative to join our team. This is a full-time position based at our Waltham location, requiring an 8:30 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday schedule.

About the Role

This Senior Patient Experience Representative position provides administrative support for the Department of Otolaryngology and the Center for Communication Enhancement. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Encounter Management: Provide positive customer service, collaborate with referring providers, and schedule patients.
  • Check In / Check Out: Greet patients, families, and visitors, reconcile payments, and prepare deposits.
  • Administrative: Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and provide routine clerical support.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to departmental initiatives and implement changes in internal systems.
About You

To qualify for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, one year of healthcare administration experience, and strong communication skills. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
