Front Desk Lead

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience
    • Welcome clients in a friendly, personable, and professional manner.
    • Answer phone calls to assist clients.
    • Organize and manage appointments in our booking system.
  • Shop Experience
    • Maintain shop cleanliness and assign clients to stylists.
    • Assist with inventory by upholding the operational rotation of the floor.
    • Regularly check retail and back bar supplies and inform Shift Lead and/or Manager when running low.
    • Assist with stocking product tools and supplies and execute breaks and proper clocking-in and out procedures.
    • Ensure all company procedures and policies are upheld for client and team members.
    Requirements
    • Worked in a front desk setting or similar position.
    • Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
    • Time management and attention to detail.
    Physical Demands
    • Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
    • Lifting up to 15 pounds.
