Key Responsibilities- Client Experience
- Welcome clients in a friendly, personable, and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls to assist clients.
- Organize and manage appointments in our booking system.
- Shop Experience
- Maintain shop cleanliness and assign clients to stylists.
- Assist with inventory by upholding the operational rotation of the floor.
- Regularly check retail and back bar supplies and inform Shift Lead and/or Manager when running low.
- Assist with stocking product tools and supplies and execute breaks and proper clocking-in and out procedures.
- Ensure all company procedures and policies are upheld for client and team members.
- Worked in a front desk setting or similar position.
- Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Standing and walking for up to 8 hours.
- Lifting up to 15 pounds.
- Full-time employee eligible for health insurance, dental, and 401k.
