Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and manage engineering disciplines to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Prepare comprehensive deliverables including reports, calculations, and technical drawings.
  • Facilitate client meetings and coordinate efforts between various project stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize engineering expertise to navigate projects from initial concepts through to construction.
  • Oversee engineering assessments and equipment selection, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct site evaluations and generate detailed reports.
  • Act as a technical advisor within the organization.
  • Formulate effective project teams and inspire team members.
  • Design project work plans and delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
  • Update and enhance company specifications and operational processes.
  • Apply engineering principles for distribution load flow, short circuit, and arc flash energy analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to the project quality management plan.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector.
  • Expertise in electrical distribution systems, lighting, and power design.
  • Strong understanding of interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles with the ability to communicate design solutions effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Revit/AutoCAD, and Easy Power.
  • This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.
Compensation and Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $84,400 - $116,000 annually.
  • Eligibility for overtime pay.

The salary is one aspect of PAE's competitive compensation package, which considers various factors such as skills, experience, and location. Additional rewards may include salary increases and performance-based bonuses.
