Position Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding project teams and managing engineering disciplines to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams and manage engineering disciplines, ensuring projects are completed within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare essential deliverable documents, including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Facilitate client meetings and coordinate efforts between internal and external project teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize engineering judgment and techniques to oversee projects from conceptualization through to construction.
  • Conduct site visits and generate detailed reports on findings.
  • Serve as a technical resource within the organization.
  • Assemble and inspire effective project teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop project work plans, tasks, and assignments for team members.
  • Ensure adherence to the project quality management plan.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant professional credentials (e.g., PE).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the AEC/Built environment sector.
  • Proficiency in electrical system distribution, lighting, and power system design.
  • Strong understanding of interdisciplinary coordination and electrical engineering principles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate design options and assemble high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit/AutoCAD, and Easy Power.
