Position Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team, focusing on the development and implementation of innovative electrical systems. Your expertise will guide the project from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the creation of project deliverables, including technical documents, calculations, and specifications.
  • Conduct engineering analyses such as Load Flow, Short Circuit, and Arc Flash Energy assessments.
  • Design electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems with a focus on sustainability.
  • Facilitate effective communication of design alternatives to a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Provide technical direction and support to project teams.
  • Evaluate engineering methods and apply sound judgment to project execution.
  • Perform electrical load assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Draft and edit specifications, contributing to the establishment of best practices.
  • Conduct site visits and generate reports on project progress.
  • Implement the project quality management plan to ensure excellence in deliverables.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred.
  • LEED accreditation is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and project lifecycle.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Easy Power.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
