Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to join our Digital Media Field Strategy & Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and operational excellence for our B2B sellers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or global strategy, with experience in translating product strategy into scalable sales plans in the SAAS B2B customer space.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing segmentation and sales engagement models, as well as developing annual strategic plans across sales and go-to-market (GTM) functions.

Key responsibilities include determining sales coverage strategy, developing sales coverage models, creating internal engagement model playbooks, and designing global sales team operating cadence.

You will also be responsible for developing the end-to-end Customer Journey and associated sales play criteria, creating market analytics to inform strategies, and developing objectives and key results with monthly reviews and quarterly checks.

We are looking for a proactive and self-starter with experience driving critical initiatives, who can thrive in ambiguity and quick timeframes.

Experience building cross-functional partnerships is also essential.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Robust analytical skills, including advanced Excel modeling and SQL
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, sales strategy, and sales operations, with consulting or software experience preferred
  • Track record designing business processes, capacity modeling, sales productivity, and territory planning
  • Proven experience thriving in ambiguity and quick timeframes
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships

Compensation

The U.S. pay range for this position is $96,300 - $200,200 annually, with pay varying by work location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

At Adobe, we offer a total target compensation (TTC) package that includes base salary, commission, and short-term incentives.
