Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the office staff at Companions and Homemakers, a premier non-medical home care company. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the scheduling and recruitment departments, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, allocate them to the correct department, and maintain a professional atmosphere.
- Office Maintenance: Clean and maintain common spaces, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, transfer calls to the proper employee, and provide technical support to field staff.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the Recruiting Specialist with facilitating interviews and orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Scheduling Support: Assist the Scheduling team with field staff call volume and communicating non-urgent schedule changes.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative office experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, proven self-starter, understanding of the company and services offered, demonstrated computer skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Office Setting: This role will take place in an office environment, with occasional travel to multiple offices.
