Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and direct visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, providing information and directing inquiries as necessary
  • Sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Ensure security protocols are followed and manage access control
  • Maintain appointment calendars and coordinate meetings
  • Perform various clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Oversee office supplies and place orders as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years in clerical and administrative roles
  • Demonstrated experience in a front office setting with receptionist duties
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
