About the Role

The Community Adult Mental Health Service, part of North Metropolitan Health Service, provides specialist mental health assessment and treatment for people with mental health needs living in the community. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Butler.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the administrative requirements of clinicians, ensuring efficient and effective support to our team
  • Supervise and train clerical staff, maintaining professional standards and promoting a positive work environment
  • Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
