Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team in West Chester, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments to ensure seamless communication and productivity.

  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations to meet the needs of various departments and teams.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and organize office supplies to ensure a clutter-free workspace.

  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining databases to ensure accurate and reliable information.

  • Support event planning, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the team's success.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or higher is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
