Job Overview

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and supervision to clients enrolled in our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily supervision and support to clients in assigned programs
  • Assist Therapeutic Group Leaders with provision of therapeutic groups, collaboration in individual treatment plans, and use of teaching procedures
  • Support the implementation of evidence-based models and completion of administrative tasks as assigned/requested
  • Assist with the development and implementation of daily structure and routine, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field from an accredited institution. Leadership experience in child-serving systems is strongly preferred, as is TFM Certified practitioner status. You must also possess technical skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
