About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobility Status Specialist to join our team at Holman Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of vehicles to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and track the status of vehicles with manufacturers and upfitters to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate delays and updates to Client Relations and Vehicle Supply Chain teams.
  • Upload data and maintain accuracy in our status system, providing a clear picture of vehicle history.
  • Liaise with OEM and SCS teams to ensure seamless communication and updates.
  • Coordinate with Holman M&D scheduling teams to provide real-time updates on vehicle arrival dates.
  • Provide OEM industry updates to the team and share with the business.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and vehicle status issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and familiarity with office technology and equipment.
