IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
As an IT Support Analyst at Insight Global, you will play a critical role in providing technical assistance to end-users on various hardware, software, and peripheral issues. Your exceptional problem-solving skills will enable you to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problems in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets according to our Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Key Responsibilities
Provide front-line technical support to end-users on various technical issues and problems
Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA
Diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problem situations
Perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems, and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention
Support multiple platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and videoconferencing equipment
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or equivalent technical school preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
