Job Summary

Association Headquarters is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Coordinator to support the Meeting Manager in planning and executing large conferences and meeting events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage speaker invitations, responses, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate housing arrangements for VIPs, speakers, and staff
  • Process meeting registrations, provide customer service, and manage payment processing
  • Assist with logistics, including direct bill applications and site proposal responses
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, filing, and correspondence
  • Support marketing efforts, including proofreading and updating marketing materials
  • Manage website content and exhibition administration
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience; Meeting Coordination/Event Planning experience preferred
