Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our team at DSV in Lancaster, USA. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing and inputting customer orders, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and input all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Run and print shipments from our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Run stock reports to check for product availability and generate all related paperwork.
  • Check all orders for special requests and expedite any necessary orders.
  • Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards are being met.
  • Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying customers as required.
  • Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is given to the customer.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficient with MS Office Applications, and WMS functions.
  • English language proficiency (reading, writing, verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years warehouse/logistics support experience.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service-related capacity.
