Located in our Customer Care Center, Tuff Shed is seeking full-time Customer Care Representatives who will be responsible for assisting clients with warranty claims and communicating order concerns to our manufacturing teams.

Remote Work Option Available After Training: 2 days remote / 3 days in office

Are you equipped to excel as a TUFF SHED Customer Care Representative?
  • Engage professionally and courteously with customers, internal staff, and our partners via inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, CRM documentation, and online chat.
  • Accurately document and report customer warranty claims and order issues using our comprehensive CRM system.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in documentation.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Highly driven, with a compassionate and supportive demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work within a varied schedule, including seasonal adjustments (operating hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am to 7:00pm and rotating Saturdays).
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Experience in handling challenging customer interactions is advantageous.
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet applications are required; familiarity with Customer Relations Management (CRM) software is highly preferred.
  • Ability to resolve issues quickly using sound reasoning and good business judgment.
  • Competence in reading, writing, and understanding instructions provided in various formats.
  • Capability to prepare professional written communication such as emails, texts, and chats that reflect the Tuff Shed brand.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, including with customers, business partners, suppliers, colleagues, managers, and the public.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
