About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Experience Expert to join our team at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and unique.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest transactions efficiently and accurately, including check-in/check-out, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall hotel operations and provide seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills essential for success in this role.
  • No supervisory experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within Marriott International.
