Hotel Guest Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hotel Guest Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless hotel operations.

About the Role:

This role involves greeting and registering guests, managing reservations, and handling check-outs efficiently. You will also be responsible for processing payments, providing information on hotel services and facilities, and responding to guest inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, ensuring all necessary details are accurately recorded
  • Process reservations, room assignments, and check-outs with minimal errors
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Utilize up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize room occupancy

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines
