- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
- Executive Communications: Draft, edit, and review communications intended for executive leadership, including emails, reports, and presentations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within operations.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must have a current/active DOD Top Secret Security / SCI (eligible).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role, preferably within operations, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting executive-level communications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and tools.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Planner).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
- Self-starter.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities and tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Foundational understanding of project management tools and software tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams.
Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Work Environment:Work is typically performed in an office environment, requiring the use of computer terminals and standard office equipment to accomplish work objectives.
Travel:Occasional local travel in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
Employee Status:Full-Time
Job Location:On site in Northern Virginia. Remote telework is not available.
Salary:Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
