Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Master's Degree is preferred.

Certifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent healthcare licensure is strongly preferred.
  • Certification as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management is preferred.
  • Other relevant certifications in quality management are advantageous.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of clinical experience is required, with recent experience preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in risk management, quality management, or legal nurse consulting is preferred.
Physical Requirements:

This role requires:

  • Manual dexterity for operating office equipment.
  • Frequent computer use, along with standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Good visual acuity and normal or corrected hearing and speech.
Personal Protective Equipment:

Adherence to standard precautions and the use of personal protective equipment as necessary is expected.
