Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Sales Manager to join our team at Knewsales Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives at our branded kiosks located within the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with passengers and provide accurate information about our client's products and services.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets by rotating between kiosks and ensuring team members are on site and compliant.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales targets and hours are met.
  • Conduct interviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Manage team member scheduling and ensure compliance with online platforms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct sales management or team leadership experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, Promoter, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Intermediate to advanced tech knowledge and a confident demeanor.
