Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a territory through prospecting, lead generation, and brand representation. This role requires a strong ability to effectively manage time, calendar, and projects, as well as a willingness to learn, develop, and take feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a territory through prospecting, lead generation, and brand representation
  • Diligent customer follow-up and customer communication
  • Create and present customized onsite project estimates, ensuring accuracy and clearly defined project parameters
  • Responsible for project oversight, including project coordination with appropriate parties, scheduling, and communication with the customer
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales and production targets and other KPIs within benchmarked timeframes
  • Actively seek leads within the community through various channels, including networking groups, realtors workshops, commercial contacts, client referrals, and participation in industry events and tradeshows
Requirements:
  • College degree or at least 5 years' experience in sales or trade work
  • Must be articulate, with strong verbal and written skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Willing and able to work weekly hours
  • Clean driver's abstract (at least 3 years)
  • Acceptable background check
Compensation:

The Sales Manager will receive a base salary of $45,000 per year, plus monthly commission and annual bonus.

The Grout Medic is your solution for any type of tile restoration. We provide re-grouting, re-caulking, tile and grout cleaning, and tile replacement services. Our team is a nationwide franchise system of independent business owners who provide an alternative to remodeling for their local customers.
