Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to address and resolve technical issues.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk to ensure system reliability.
- Access and analyze logs from Kubernetes and AWS consoles to troubleshoot incidents.
- Engage with customer tickets to perform debugging, documentation, and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:
- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
- 2-3+ years of experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for monitoring.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow as a ticketing system for issue tracking.
- 3+ years of experience working with AWS, particularly in Kubernetes for health checks.
- Proven experience in root cause analysis and debugging processes.
