Job Overview

Catapult Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their software and integrations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Requests: Handle and resolve support requests, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to software and integrations.
  • HubSpot Configuration: Configure and manage HubSpot to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact directly with customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Support Ticket Resolution: Resolve support tickets efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Integration Testing: Work with Postman and APIs to test and troubleshoot integrations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Software Support: Provide support for Adestra and NetForum Association Management Software.
  • Development Assistance: Utilize C# and SQL development skills to assist in troubleshooting and minor development tasks as needed.
  • Task Estimation: Ensure accurate estimation of task completion times to manage client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to improve processes and willingness to take the lead in driving process improvements and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Entrepreneurial Environment: Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, loosely structured environment.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain a friendly disposition and have excellent customer interaction skills.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in an application or technical support role.
  • HubSpot Configuration: Strong experience with HubSpot configuration, resolving data discrepancies, and application issues.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with Postman and resolving API integration issues.
  • Development Skills: Knowledge of C#, and SQL development is beneficial.
  • Debugging Skills: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously and manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Adaptability: Shows a strong willingness to learn on the job and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and business writing abilities for client communication.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
