Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Applications Support Specialist to join our Supply Chain and Logistics team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day support for issues related to Supply Chain and Logistics applications, working closely with vendors and engineers to resolve technical issues and bugs. This is a full-time position that requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support for issues related to Supply Chain and Logistics applications
  • Work with vendors and engineers to resolve technical issues and bugs
  • Participate in Supply Chain and Logistics applications development life cycle to understand application functionality
  • Assist in the configuration of Supply Chain and Logistics applications to achieve business objectives
  • Triage and resolve technical issues related to applications
  • Assist with prioritization of tickets, enhancements, and overall stabilization efforts
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in working as an Application Support Specialist or similar roles
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics applications and basic understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics business processes
  • Good understanding of Change management and SDLC
  • Hands-on experience of technical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SQL and query writing
  • Knowledge of Tableau reporting solutions and/or any programming language
  • Knowledge of Jira or other issue and project tracking tool, Splunk or other application monitoring tool
  • Ability to create design documents, SOPs, technical support documents
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
