Right at Home of Spokane, a recognized in-home care agency, is actively hiring caregivers for both full-time and part-time positions across Spokane County. We welcome applications from individuals with HCA/CNA certifications, but certification is not mandatory. Compensation Range: $19-$21 based on experience and certification

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • May include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, and companionship.
  • Work primarily in the client's residence.
  • Shift times and responsibilities will vary based on client needs.

Qualifications for the Personal Caregiver:

  • Preferred: Certified Health Care Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant license, but not required. Training will be provided.
  • Previous caregiving experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and background check.
  • Must possess honesty, approachability, and a caring attitude.
