Personal Care Assistant for Seniors

Right at Home of Spokane is a respected provider of in-home care services seeking compassionate caregivers for both full-time and part-time roles. We are in search of empathetic individuals who are trustworthy and approachable, possessing a genuine desire to assist others. Certification is not a requirement, as we offer comprehensive training to help you achieve your certification.

Compensation: $19-$21 based on Experience & Certification

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, running errands, and companionship.
  • Primarily work in the client's home environment.
  • Shift schedules, days, and tasks will vary according to client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Certified Health Care Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant license, but training is available for those without certification.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Must successfully complete a written competency assessment, drug screening, and a nationwide background check.
  • Must exhibit honesty, approachability, and a caring nature to assist others effectively.
