RIGHT AT HOME is actively seeking compassionate and committed individuals to take on the role of Personal Caregivers in Spokane County. We prioritize individuals who are caring, honest, and dedicated to providing exceptional support. While having a Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is advantageous, we provide paid training for those without certification, ensuring you acquire the necessary skills for success.

Compensation range: $19-$21 based on experience and certification

Available Shifts:
  • Day shifts
  • Weekend shifts
  • Part-time
  • Full-time

Requirements for the Personal Caregiver Role:
  • Preferred: Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, but not mandatory. We will cover your training for certification. Inquire for details.
  • Previous caregiving experience is beneficial.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Successful completion of a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and a nationwide background check.
  • Must possess honesty, energy, approachability, and a genuine desire to assist others.
Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver:
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Duties may also include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, running errands, and providing companionship.
  • Work primarily in the client's residence.
  • Shift times, days, and activities will vary based on client needs.
