RIGHT AT HOME is actively seeking compassionate and committed individuals to serve as Personal Caregivers in Spokane County. We prioritize integrity, compassion, and dedication in our team members who provide outstanding care. While a Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred, we provide paid training for those without certification, ensuring you acquire the necessary skills for success.

Compensation Range: $19-$21 based on Experience & Certification

Requirements for the Personal Caregiver Role:
  • Preferred: Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, but not mandatory. We will cover your training for certification and licensing.
  • Previous caregiving experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and a nationwide background check.
  • Must possess honesty, energy, approachability, and a genuine desire to assist others.
Responsibilities of the Personal Caregiver:
  • Provide assistance with personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Duties may also include light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, running errands, and companionship.
  • Work primarily in the client's residence.
  • Shift times, days, and activities will vary based on client needs.
