Human Resources Generalist

Job Overview
Sparks Group has partnered with a tri-jurisdictional government agency seeking an HR Specialist to assist with planning, implementing, and completing Employee and Labor Relations projects. This role is ideal for individuals with experience handling supporting legal actions related to employee/labor relations activities.
Salary
The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $24-$26 per hour, inclusive of comprehensive benefits such as health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, retirement and savings plans, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze reports for accuracy, assist with reporting, and ensure adherence to established Labor and Employee Relations procedures.
- Assist with various project tasks, design spreadsheets, and maintain grievance and arbitration databases.
- Provide administrative support for legal actions.
- Provide administrative and project support to senior-level management.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients through timely communications.
Qualifications and Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years' experience as an associate project coordinator with a focus on data analysis and database management.
- Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Tableau, and ability to learn new technical applications.
