Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of human resources activities, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare environment, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees to ensure the best fit for our organization.
- Onboard and train new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition and appreciation, fostering a positive work culture.
- Assist with benefits enrollments, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Update timekeeping information in our payroll system, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate provider credentialing and privileging with payors and hospitals, streamlining our operations.
- Maintain employee files, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Able to build rapport with all employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
