Job Summary

As a Store Operations Management Trainee at Wegmans, you will embark on a 1-2 year accelerated training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel as a Department Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to effectively manage store operations through program modules, seminars, and regular meetings with a trainer and coach.
  • Work closely with products, customers, and team members to gain a thorough understanding of store operations and develop your leadership skills.
  • Enhance your skills in leading and developing people, team building, product merchandising, driving sales, and managing profit.
  • Partner with Department Managers, trainers, and coaches to seek performance feedback and drive growth and professional development.

Requirements

  • 1 or more years of supervisory or related work experience, or recent college graduate.
