Responsibilities: * Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. * Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and identify potential gaps in coverage. * Employ effective communication to efficiently meet customer needs while promoting the development of our business. * Drive the growth of our office Google reviews. * Employ an educational approach when discussing coverages and potential gaps in insurance with customers. Qualifications: * Bilingual Spanish required * Property and Casualty License required * Dedicated to customer service * Able to effectively relate to customers, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs * Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members * Proactive problem-solving skills Benefits: * Hourly pay plus commission/bonus * Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within our office * Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) * Valuable career-building experience Compensation: $20.00 per hour We are a busy office looking for our next great team member.
