Position Summary:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in crafting and executing marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility, enhancing sales, and fostering customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Identify and analyze target demographics to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, competitor actions, and consumer behavior.
  • Create compelling content across various platforms, including social media, websites, and print.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
  • Engage with digital marketing partners for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in the creation of digital assets to maintain brand consistency.
  • Deliver presentations on marketing performance and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and uphold brand guidelines to maintain visual identity.
  • Forecast marketing material requirements to ensure timely production.
  • Work alongside procurement teams during the purchasing process.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels.
  • Plan and manage company events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for successful event execution.
  • Manage special marketing requests and ensure prompt processing.
  • Handle administrative duties, including payment processing and record maintenance.
  • Align marketing strategies with sales, product development, and customer service teams.
  • Communicate marketing initiatives and outcomes to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing techniques and tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Personable, proactive, and a team-oriented individual.
