Key Responsibilities:

  • Service existing client base with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Research new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and referrals.
  • Supervise team activity and results, ensuring seamless execution of sales and customer service goals.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our proprietary systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily field activity and provide regular reporting.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset, with a desire to contribute to the company's growth and success.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
