Position Summary: Amtec Global Solutions Inc is in search of a skilled and committed Landscape Maintenance Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong dedication to preserving outdoor environments, ensuring both safety and visual appeal. This role involves executing various landscaping and upkeep activities to maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and attractiveness of our facilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns, along with pruning trees and shrubs.
  • Manage flower beds and planters by planting, watering, weeding, and applying fertilizers and pesticides as necessary.
  • Assist in the setup and upkeep of irrigation systems.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of outdoor spaces, including the removal of litter and debris.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on landscaping equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment and performing duties.
  • Respond efficiently to requests and emergencies related to landscape maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred.
  • Understanding of horticultural practices, equipment operation, and safety standards.
  • Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended durations.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
