Key Responsibilities:
- Alternate between troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and on-the-spot machine repair to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Identify and examine production equipment failures to understand root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Investigate, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems, including PLC programming and control systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve overall plant efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
