Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, specifically managing business accounts in either a sales or customer service environment.
  • 1+ year of practical, hands-on experience canvassing or cold-calling small and medium-sized business customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Excellent detail orientation and follow-through skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a frequent basis (sales materials).
