We're seeking a highly motivated Field Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Solventum. As a key member of our operations, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of medical device equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Support patients and hospital staff through regular visits, providing superior customer service.
  • Prepare and process medical device equipment, disposables, and documentation for efficient delivery.
  • Manage inventory levels, locating missing assets as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Load and unload medical equipment from company vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Participate in scheduled training and business functions, which may require commercial air travel.
About You
  • A minimum of one year of customer-facing experience is required.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary for this role.
  • A valid Driver's License is essential for operating company vehicles.
