Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by prioritizing customer needs and developing strategies to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement daily activity plans using CRM systems and dashboards to enhance team efficiency.
- Team Management: Assign schedules and responsibilities to customer service representatives based on volume management strategies and workload distribution.
- Credit Memo Process: Manage the credit memo process with authority to approve credits up to a specified dollar amount.
- Customer Interaction: Regularly interact with customers to ensure their needs are prioritized and addressed promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of direct customer support experience in the building products industry.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills essential.
- Proficient in telecom software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
