About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by prioritizing customer needs and developing strategies to optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement daily activity plans using CRM systems and dashboards to enhance team efficiency.
  • Team Management: Assign schedules and responsibilities to customer service representatives based on volume management strategies and workload distribution.
  • Credit Memo Process: Manage the credit memo process with authority to approve credits up to a specified dollar amount.
  • Customer Interaction: Regularly interact with customers to ensure their needs are prioritized and addressed promptly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 3+ years of direct customer support experience in the building products industry.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills essential.
  • Proficient in telecom software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Solid time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively.
