Position Overview:

The Service Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the intake process and providing education to clients and their representatives. This position involves overseeing a full caseload of clients while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Waivered Services and/or Personal Care Assistance (PCA) is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Exhibit a high standard of professional courtesy, flexibility, and confidentiality in a fast-paced office environment, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in office technology, particularly the MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must successfully pass a background study with the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
